There is need to\neffectively manage and use land, water and energy resources for sustainable\nproduction, productivity and environmental protection. Smallholder agricultural\ninterventions improve access to natural resources, productive inputs,\ntechnologies, financial services and markets, and increase employment\nopportunities for small family farmers. A prosperous agriculture sector\nrequires innovative technological practices, vivacious markets and investment.
